Fyrmonia Organic Winery

Fyrmonia Organic Winery is a family estate located in Ruban, at the heart of Slovakia's warmest wine region - the historic Three Rivers Valley. Founded by David and lldiko Bauer in 2021, with their first harvest in the same year, the winery is guided by a deep respect for nature and a commitment to sustainable viticulture.

The estate crafts organic wines with minimal intervention, allowing the distinctive clay and alluvial soils to express their full character. Each bottle reflects the Bauers' dedication to authenticity, terroir and craftsmanship. With an annual production of around 100hl, every wine is produced with care, precision and respect for the land.
