SHIPPING

All orders to Mainland UK and NI are processed within 1-2 working days with the aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. The majority of orders are delivered next day, but we cannot guarantee this. If you need an order urgently, please do get in touch at wine@tipsyhill.co.uk

Although we do our utmost to avoid it (we really do!), there are sometimes delays due to high volumes or delivery service problems that are out of our control. If we expect your order will be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All shipping within Mainland UK and NI is typically distributed via Royal Mail which normally requires a signature upon delivery unless alternative arrangements are made. You may also be asked for proof of age by the delivery driver, so keep those IDs handy. 

For UK Mainland and NI orders with a value over £100, delivery is free.
