VIAJUR Winery is a modern estate operating out of the historic Palfy Manor House in Svaty Jur, with a second estate in Farna in the Nitra region. While winemaking on the manor grounds dates back to 1580, the current winery was formally re-established in the mid-2010s under winemaker Tomas Dilong.

The estate produces approximately 150,000 bottles annually, spanning whites, roses, reds, sparkling and dessert wines.

VIAJUR embraces sustainable viticulture and ecological practices, emphasising low chemical intervention and a strong sense of terroir from its distinct vineyard sites.
