Vino Matysak - BRESLAVA 2022, Prestige wine selection

A green-tinged wine with straw-coloured reflections.

The aroma is reminiscent of grapefruit and ripe tropical fruits, which are also present in the flavour. Mango and lychee take the lead, complemented by a grapefruit finish and beautifully integrated acidity, leaving a long, clean aftertaste.

Goes well with aged cheeses or beef.

NB: Breslava is a cross of Chrupka cervena (Chasselas rose) x Trami­n cerveny (Gewurtztraminer) x Santa Maria Alcantara, created by Dorota Pospi­silova in 1960.
