It then rests a further 10 months in a large cask, where the wine gathers additional elegance and composure .

The aroma is led by May cherry, offering a vivid, spring‑like red‑fruit charm that feels both pure and inviting. On the palate, the wine reveals a striking interplay of acidity and alcohol, creating a tension that feels purposeful, vibrant and gastronomically appealing .
