The nose opens with a beautifully defined Cabernet profile: cassis and blackcurrant at the forefront, layered with a lift of black pepper and a subtle herbal accent of blackcurrant leaf, giving the aromatics both freshness and complexity .

Barrique ageing is evident yet impeccably judged - vanilla, clove and a faint trace of coconut weave seamlessly into the fruit, adding warmth and finesse without overshadowing the varietal character .
