This wine classification is among the most precise, as harvesting takes place only when thermometers register at least −7 °C. At such temperatures, not only the grapes and the surrounding landscape are frozen; after the first ten minutes spent outdoors on 13 December, everything was gripped by the cold. Noses, ears, and fingers were numbed and rigid with frost. The only warmth came from the mood of the harvesters, fueled by the anticipation of tasting a sweet dessert wine a few days later and by the satisfaction of working with healthy grapes - something that is never guaranteed.

Pairs well with: desserts, spicy food.
