Its bouquet unfolds with ripe sour cherries, dried plums, and subtle notes of tobacco and coffee, layered with hints of incense and black pepper.

On the palate, silky tannins bring juiciness and depth, leading to a long finish of fruit, caramel, and fine chocolate.

Delicate and noble, its garnet-red colour with a touch of brick highlights the timeless grace of this classic variety.
