Rariga - Devi­n 2024

Rariga’s Devi­n (dry) is a striking white wine that showcases the aromatic intensity of the variety with refined balance.

At 14% ABV, this medium-bodied wine reveals a golden hue and expressive notes of ripe apricot, elderflower, and subtle spice.

Despite its dry classification, a touch of 7.9 g/L residual sugar is beautifully offset by vibrant acidity (7.07 g/L) , lending the wine both freshness and length.

This elegant expression from the Small Carpathians wine region pairs beautifully with spiced Asian dishes , aromatic poultry , creamy cheeses , or grilled seafood. It’s also an excellent companion to light curries, roast duck, or pumpkin risotto, where its floral and fruity character can shine.
