Predium Vrable - Sauvignon 2024 Gastro

A Slovak quality varietal wine with the Late Harvest designation and Protected Designation of Origin. Originally an old French variety from the Loire Valley, it became established in the Vrable region more than 300 years ago.

It captivates with intense aromas of exotic lychee, gooseberry and juicy blackcurrant, complemented by nuances of elderflower and fresh herbs. A low level of residual sugar, together with lively acidity, creates a refreshing, fruit-driven palate with a long mineral finish.
