Mrva & Stanko Pinot Gris Pink is an elegant and distinctive wine crafted using the modern technique of co-fermentation, in which Pinot Gris is fermented alongside a small proportion of Pinot Noir. This innovative approach creates a remarkable harmony of colour, aroma and flavour, resulting in a wine of exceptional finesse.

Delicate copper-gold in colour, the wine offers vibrant aromas of fresh orchard fruit with subtle floral nuances. The palate is beautifully balanced, combining lively fruit, a creamy texture and refined freshness. Co-fermentation enhances the wine's aromatic complexity, adding richness, softness and an elegant structure that lingers gracefully on the finish.

Fermented at a cool 15°C using selected yeast cultures and matured on its fine lees for three months without stirring, this wine showcases both precision and purity, delivering a beautifully textured expression of Pinot Gris with a unique and contemporary twist.
