The grapes, with a sugar content of 26° NM, undergo maceration with skins and uncontrolled fermentation for 30 days, allowing for deep flavour extraction. Aged in large-volume acacia barrels with fine sediment, the wine gains complexity.
It has a clear, golden-yellow colour with an orange rim and a multi-layered aroma of spices, rose, caramel, and a touch of acacia.
On the palate, it is robust and round, reflecting the aromatic notes and supported by fine tannins for a smooth finish.
