A playful and delightfully unexpected white made from 100% Merlot - proof that Merlot can have a rather different side. Direct-pressed and fermented without crushing, then aged on fine Sauvignon lees, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers, pear and grapefruit, followed by juicy white peach and fresh damson. Soft, balanced and lightly sweet on the finish, this is an easy-drinking, refreshing wine with plenty of charm.
