Fyrmonia - Rizling Rynsky

This Riesling from the Three Rivers Valley in the South Slovakian wine region is a beautifully balanced expression of the variety’s German heritage and local terroir. The vineyard’s gravelly loess and limestone soils contribute to its fine minerality, while the valley’s warm days and cool nights preserve the grape’s signature freshness and aromatic precision.

On the nose, it reveals vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and white peach, evolving into subtle petrol tones that hint at its growing maturity. The gentle influence of new oak barrels lends an elegant creaminess, harmoniously softening the wine’s zingy acidity and creating a beautifully textured palate.

On the palate, it is lively yet refined, with layers of lime, nectarine, and delicate floral notes, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish.
