Stellenzicht Tristone Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold yet elegantly structured Cabernet Sauvignon that showcases the exceptional quality of Stellenbosch's renowned vineyards. Named after the three distinctive soil types that contribute to its complexity, this wine is a superb expression of terroir, combining power, precision and refinement.

Deep garnet in colour, the nose is richly layered with aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and ripe plum, complemented by notes of cedar, graphite, dark chocolate and subtle hints of tobacco and sweet spice. The palate is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with concentrated dark fruit, finely grained tannins and vibrant acidity that provide both balance and remarkable ageing potential. Careful oak maturation adds depth and complexity without overshadowing the purity of the fruit, leading to a long, elegant and persistent finish.

An outstanding partner for beef fillet, roast lamb, venison, braised short ribs, and mature hard cheeses such as Cheddar, Comté, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Best served at 16–18°C, this Cabernet Sauvignon is approachable in its youth but will continue to evolve beautifully over the next 8–12 years, rewarding careful cellaring with even greater complexity and finesse.
