Stellenzicht - Acheulean Chardonnay 2024

Stellenzicht Acheulean Chardonnay is a beautifully poised, barrel-fermented Chardonnay that captures the elegance and complexity of Stellenbosch's exceptional terroir. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, it offers a refined expression of the variety, balancing vibrant fruit with subtle oak influence.

The nose reveals inviting aromas of ripe citrus, white peach and crisp pear, layered with delicate notes of toasted almonds, vanilla and a hint of brioche from careful oak maturation.

On the palate, the wine is rich yet beautifully restrained, with a creamy texture, bright natural acidity and a distinctive mineral freshness that brings precision and balance. The finish is long, elegant and wonderfully persistent, making this a sophisticated Chardonnay with both immediate appeal and excellent ageing potential.

A superb partner for roast chicken, grilled lobster, seared scallops, creamy pasta dishes, or mature hard cheeses. Serve lightly chilled at 10–12°C.
