Predium Vrable - Semillon 2025, Gastro

Semillon is a famous French grape variety, originally from the Gironde river valley in the Bordeaux region. It had a strong presence in the vineyards of Vrable as early as the 18th century. Semillon consistently produced wines of the highest quality; it was renowned throughout the wider area, and it was claimed that the very best came from Vrable.

The delicate aroma reveals fresh citrus fruits, ripe apricots, and acacia honey with a hint of vanilla, refined by floral notes of lily and a touch of thyme. A lively acidity refreshes the palate, the lighter body is appealing, and the “mineral” finish invites you to take sip after sip.
