A wine produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle (methode traditionnelle).

This sparkling wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noir - a white wine made from red grapes).

It shows a pronounced nutty, creamy bouquet and a fresh, fruity palate with lively effervescence.

Disgorged in October 2022.
