Ostrozovic - Saturnia Tokaj Cuvee (straw wine) 2021

This unique wine was produced from hand-picked grapes which were then dried for 3 months on special straw mats in the sunshine, resulting in concentrated yet balanced sugars and acids. This intensity created delightful aromas on the nose and delicious tastes on the palate.

This is indeed a remarkable sweet straw wine that boasts an amber-gold colour with an intense, brilliant shine.

Its aroma is a delightful blend of honey and acacia notes, complemented by delicious scent of gooseberry jam.
