Martin Pomfy - TRAMIN ČERVENY 2022
The color of the wine is clear, golden-yellow.
The aroma is elegant, with notes of lychee and rose blossom, accompanied by a subtle spiciness and the sweetness of exotic fruit in the background. The presence of botrytised grapes (cibeby) imparts hints of fig, honey, and dried raisins.
The taste reflects the aromatic impressions, supported by residual sugar and balanced acidity.
NB: Wine crystal deposits (tartrate crystals) are not a fault and indicate that no stabilisers were used.
