Martin Pomfy - MERLOT 2021

The wine is aged for 24 months in 80% used and 20% new barrique barrels, developing rich, complex flavours.

It has a deep violet-red colour and a bouquet of red berries, dried leaves, dark chocolate, and graphite, with a cool minerality.

The palate is fruity, earthy, and full-bodied, with smooth, sweet tannins enhancing its richness.

NB: The unfiltered wine may have natural sediment, which is not a defect but a mark of its authenticity.
