Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it opens with expressive aromas of blackcurrant and plum, with a subtle hint of green pepper. The palate is rich and silky, balanced by fine tannins and a refreshing mineral, almost oceanic character, before finishing with gentle toasty spice.
