Karpatska Perla - PetNat 2024

Pet Nat Grüner Veltliner 2024 is a beautifully vibrant, naturally sparkling wine crafted in the heart of the Small Carpathians, in the village of Šenkvice. Made from organically grown grapes using the traditional pétillant naturel method, it is unfiltered and bottled before fermentation is complete, resulting in its signature gentle cloudiness and lively, youthful mousse.

The nose is fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of crisp apple, ripe pear, juicy peach and delicate blossom, complemented by subtle hints of nettles. On the palate, bright acidity is balanced by a smooth, lightly honeyed, nutty finish, creating a wine that is both refreshing and remarkably characterful.

With its vibrant bubbles and generous 14% ABV, this is a wonderfully refreshing companion for warm summer evenings. Best enjoyed well chilled at 6°C.

Please note: As an unfiltered, naturally fermented wine, a light sediment is perfectly natural. Contains sulphites, which are a natural by-product of fermentation.
